Christian has been in the industry since 2010, and as a lifelong Worcestershire local, he knows the Wychavon district like the back of his hand - sometimes even better than Google Maps! His deep-rooted knowledge and genuine passion for property make him a trusted guide for clients navigating the market. It’s no wonder vendors keep coming back to Christian when it’s time to sell their largest asset, who better to trust?
Christian began his career as an eager apprentice in the corporate sector, quickly rising through the ranks and picking up the work ethic and values that continue to drive him today. More recently, he successfully led a local agency where growing market share was his speciality.
His love of property doesn’t stop at the office door, Christian is always up for a good renovation project. And when he’s not busy matching people with their perfect homes, you’ll find him out and about, embracing an active lifestyle and exploring the countryside with his two loyal canine sidekicks in tow.

Heather is one of our brilliant sales negotiators, armed with years of customer service know-how and plenty of experience dealing with the public. When she’s not winning people over at work, she’s competing at the Commonwealth Games, because apparently she’s not competitive at all. Her drive and positivity show up in everything she does. She also has the toughest role in the business: trying to keep Christian in line after hours. Wish her luck.

James is a driven and enthusiastic property professional with a genuine passion for great customer service. With many years of experience across both sales and lettings, he brings a wealth of knowledge to everything from property management to client care, and he’s always ready to go the extra mile to make things run smoothly. James’ clear, friendly communication style makes him a favourite among tenants, landlords, and vendors alike.
Outside the office, James enjoys life at a gentler pace, spending quality time with family and getting out into the great outdoors whenever he can.

Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge to both sales and lettings, so much so that some might say she’s the office fountain of wisdom, thanks to the impressive list of qualifications she’s gained since starting in the industry in 2019.
Within the lettings department at Christian Lewis, Natalie is very much the go-to person. Her fantastic client care, clear communication, and thorough approach ensure that everything from landlord queries to tenant move-ins runs smoothly and stress-free.
When she’s off the clock, Natalie enjoys life’s wholesome pleasures: baking delicious treats, tending to her garden, and finding joy in a good old tidy-up.

Nathan may have only been a sales negotiator for a few years, but don’t let that fool you. In that short time, he’s already developed an encyclopaedic knowledge of the town and a treasure trove of property market insights. Since joining Christian Lewis, Nathan has been making waves in the office and outside of it, you’ll most likely find him lifting weights at the gym or planning his next adventure. A dedicated football fan, he was the 4th signing to the CLP team in January 2025, proving that whether it’s deals or goals, Nathan always brings his A-game.

Dash and Charlie take their roles at Christian Lewis Property very seriously, mainly overseeing office security, team morale, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. While they may be a little on the needy side, their warm, friendly, and always approachable nature perfectly reflects the core values of the company.
