What is considered Emergency Maintenance?
An issue is considered an emergency when it poses an immediate risk to safety or could cause significant damage, including:
- An uncontainable water leak
- Loss of power to the property (not caused by a wider outage)
- Loss of heating
- Loss of security to the building (e.g., unable to secure doors or windows)
- Major internal structural damage
We aim to have an engineer attend the property initially within 24 hours for these issues.
In the event of an emergency, please take all reasonable steps to prevent further damage or harm such as turning off water mains and contact the office immediately.
What is considered General Maintenance?
All other routine household repairs or non-urgent issues fall under general maintenance. These come with a usual 28-day turnaround time, however this is dependant upon parts, service and the details of the issue.
For general maintenance, please log the issue through Property File so it can be recorded and scheduled appropriately.
